Procurement of Engineering Equipment (ENGRs EQPT) FY 2026/27

Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of Engineering Equipment (ENGRs EQPT) for the financial year 2026/27. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope process as per PPRA regulations. Bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), authorized agents, distributors, or suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Registration with Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP), Directorate General Procurement-Army (DGP-A), or any Ordnance Depot of Pakistan Army and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory. Items being procured: - Quad Copter (Pay Load Capacity – 4 to 6 Kgs) (Nos) - Quad Copter (Surveillance) (Nos) - Quad Copter (Pay Load Capacity – 35 to 40 Kgs) (Nos) - Hand Held Drone Detector (Nos) Technical specifications and tender documents can be collected from the Local Purchase Branch COD Rawalpindi. Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL - IT for procurement of ENGRs EQPT 13/ Normal/ 2026-27' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL - IT for procurement of ENGRs EQPT 13/ Normal/ 2026-27' along with the name of the bidding firm/entity. Original hard copies and digital copies on CDs/DVDs must be delivered to Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi before 1030 hours on 30 September 2026. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value must be deposited within five working days of intimation from COD Rawalpindi. Procurement is planned within the current financial year and quantities may be amended or decreased at the time of order placement. Firms must provide complete technical literature, brochures, and samples if required. Failure to submit complete documents or separate sealed envelopes for technical and financial proposals will lead to outright rejection.
