Procurement of Equipment, Instruments, Glasswares, ICT Equipment for Establishment of Provincial Food and Drug Testing Laboratories Peshawar FY 2026-27

The Directorate General Drug Control & Pharmacy Services Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding for procurement of Equipment, Instruments, Glasswares, Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) Equipment and others for the establishment of Provincial Food and Drug Testing Laboratories for FY 2026-27. Items being procured: - Equipment - Instruments - Glasswares - Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) Equipment Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure via EPAD. Interested manufacturers, importers, or authorized agents must obtain the application form and bidding documents free of cost from the office of the Director General Drugs Control & Pharmacy Services, Block-B, Old FATA Secretariat, Warsak Road Peshawar during office hours until Tuesday 29th September 2026. Bids must be submitted on EPAD by Wednesday 30th September 2026 till 11:00 am sharp and will be opened at 11:30 am the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday 21st September 2026 at 11:00 am at the office of the Project Director, Block-B, Old FATA Secretariat, Warsak Road Peshawar. Original bid security of 2% of the bid value in shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the time of bid opening in the name of the Project Director / Director General Drug Control & Pharmacy Services Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. Ordinary cheque or Payment Order (PO) will lead to disqualification as per KPPRA Act 2012 and Rules 2014. Both technical and financial bids shall be submitted/uploaded through EPAD; no hard copy is required. Authorized persons must sign and stamp all pages of the uploaded bid with page numbers. This procurement is crucial for establishing well-equipped food and drug testing laboratories in Peshawar, ensuring quality control and safety standards. Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC categories if applicable, valid FBR/ATL registration, and provide earnest money as specified. For successful bidding, ensure timely submission on EPAD and attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any queries. Late submissions will not be entertained. The Directorate General reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
