Procurement of Equipment and Irrigation System Items for Efficient Rainwater Harvesting Project NR-354

The Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) Islamabad is procuring equipment and irrigation system items for Project NR-354 focused on appraisal and adoption of efficient rainwater harvesting techniques for effective soil and water conservation. This procurement covers a wide range of goods including digital soil moisture sensors, water level measuring devices, portable water level dip meters, solar water pumping systems with solar panels, inverters, motor pumps, grid trolleys, centrifugal pumpsets, HDPE and PVC pipes, irrigation fittings, valves, filters, drip lines, sprinklers, hydrants, and related installation and construction services at project sites in Anderalian Murree and Dhurnal Fateh Jang. The technical scope includes supply, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning, and handing over of all equipment and materials. The solar pumping system is a complete trolley-mounted unit with 5 kW solar PV capacity, AC motor-pump, inverter, and accessories, designed for direct solar operation with optional backup. The irrigation systems include drip, sprinkler, nano irrigation, and rain gun systems covering multiple acres with detailed specifications for pipes, fittings, valves, and accessories. Installation services cover civil works, cabling, piping, and all allied accessories necessary for operationalization. Eligible bidders must comply with PEC registration, FBR NTN and GST registration, and demonstrate relevant experience in similar projects. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 is required. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 by **July 2, 2026 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions are not accepted. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) criteria.
