Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Malakand invites bids for the fiscal year 2026-27 for the procurement of Examination Stationery and Miscellaneous Items. This procurement is conducted under Rule-6 (2) (a) Single Stage, One Envelope procedure of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including FBR and have an active status on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

- Miscellaneous Items
The procurement covers supply of examination-related stationery and other miscellaneous items required by the Board. Bidders should ensure compliance with the technical specifications and quality standards as detailed in the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs). The BSDs can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal (www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk) after publication of this advertisement and are also available on www.kppra.gov.pk and www.bisemalakand.edu.pk. Interested bidders must be registered with E-PADS to participate.
The bid security required is Rs 01 Million. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-11-04 at 11:00 AM at BISE Malakand. The closing date and time for bid submission is 2026-11-12 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at BISE Malakand.
Bidders must upload all required documents and rates online on E-PADS. No hard copies of rates or documents will be accepted except the original bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) issued in favor of Secretary BISE Malakand. Bidders are advised to thoroughly study the BSDs for complete details and technical specifications.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 47 of KPPRA rules 2014.
