National Radio Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) Haripur invites sealed bids from reputable firms, distributors, and suppliers for the supply of various product brochures and hand bags. The procurement is specifically for delivery FOR NRTC Haripur, located in Haripur city, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with FBR and must submit a bid security of Rs 50,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur. The bid security scanned copy must be uploaded through EPADS 2.0. Warranty offered should be standard as per manufacturer terms. Bids must be valid for 90 days. Eligibility criteria include submission of financial health documents, proof of active tax status, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and evidence of professional experience with at least five similar contracts executed in the last three years. Authorized dealership certificates for the brand offered are mandatory. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately, and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS 2.0 by 23 October 2026 at 14:30 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 15:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
