Procurement of Examination Stationery (ESheets) by Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Abbottabad

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Abbottabad invites bids for the procurement of Examination Stationery (ESheets) as per requirement. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage, Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014, through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADs). Eligible bidders include manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers, and general order suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR), active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and registered with EPADs. Items being procured: - Examination Stationery (ESheets) as per requirement The bidding documents can be obtained from the Admin Section during working hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) after publication of this advertisement upon payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee of Rs. 2000/- in favor of Secretary, BISE Abbottabad. Documents are also downloadable from EPADs at www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit bids inclusive of all applicable taxes along with Bid Security (CDR) at 2% of the total quoted bid value and the Tender Fee receipt or Demand Draft. Original Bid Security must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the category to the office of Secretary BISE Abbottabad before the closing time. Samples can be inspected at the Store Section of BISE Abbottabad during office hours. Bids will be electronically opened on 19-11-2026 at 2:30 PM via EPADs in accordance with KPPRA rules. Bidders must submit an undertaking on legal valid and attested stamp paper of Rs. 100/- confirming they are not blacklisted by any government or private sector organization and will supply items as per approved rates and quality. Performance Guarantee up to 8% of the total price will be required from the successful bidder as per Rule 21 of KPPRA rules. Late, incomplete, or conditional bids will be rejected. The quoted rates shall remain valid for 45 days from the date of bid opening. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
