Procurement of Expendable Items for Manufacture of UAVs

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the procurement of expendable items for the manufacture of UAVs on FOR basis. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The tender requires submission of technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Expendable items as detailed in Annexure A (Schedule of Requirement and Delivery) for manufacture of UAVs The technical scope includes supply of brand new expendable items conforming to the technical specifications and general staff requirements as per Annexure G. Inspection and testing will be conducted by HIT technical teams including Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) and Post-Shipment Inspection (PoSI). The delivery period is within 15 days after signing of contract, with destination at UASF, HIT Taxila. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with HIT or provide valid agency agreements, NTN certificates, sales tax registration, and audit reports for the last three financial years. Firms must not be blacklisted or defaulters and must comply with all mandatory conditions including bid security submission, non-disclosure agreement, and integrity pact. Bid security amounts vary based on registration status, with maximum ceilings specified. Key dates include bid submission by 16 Nov 2026 at 10:30 hours and bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Bids must be submitted in the tender box at Gate No. 5, HIT Taxila Cantt. Postal order of Rs. 2000/- must be enclosed with the technical bid.
