Illumination of Govt. Buildings, Daman-e-Koh and Other Venues for National / International Events in Islamabad 2026-27

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of works related to the Illumination of Government Buildings, Daman-e-Koh and other venues for various occasions including National and International Events during the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is under contract number P175719 and will be executed in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Providing, displaying and removal of 5000 LED 50 Watt decorative lights (warm, cool white, green, daylight) on hiring basis including cables and electrical connections for 10 days (1st & last day hiring charges) - Providing, displaying and removal of 5000 LED 50 Watt decorative lights on hiring basis for 10 days (mid days hiring charges) - Providing, displaying and removal of 1110 SMD RGB 150 Watt lights for illumination on hiring basis including power cables for 10 days (1st & last day hiring charges) - Providing, displaying and removal of 1110 SMD RGB 150 Watt lights on hiring basis for 10 days (mid days hiring charges) - Rental charges for 70 tower lights (each with 6 Nos. 100-Watt LED flood lights on 10-15 ft poles) for 10 days (1st & last day hiring charges) - Rental charges for 70 tower lights for 10 days (mid days hiring charges) - Rental charges for 4 diesel generators 1000 KVA on rental basis for 10 days excluding diesel cost - Supply of 280 liters diesel for 50 KVA diesel generators for 10 days The scope includes provision, installation, operation, maintenance, and removal of lighting equipment as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer In charge. The work requires PEC registration in category C-4 or above with relevant electrical codes, valid electrical license, and experience with similar projects valued at least PKR 50 million. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit and comply with all eligibility criteria including FBR registration and active taxpayer status. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 16 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required.
