Tender Description
Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority (P-WASA) Lahore invites bids for the procurement of suction machines with a capacity of 4500 liters. This tender is specifically for the fabrication of 33 suction machines. Items being procured:
- Fabrication of suction machines (4500L) - 33 No
The procurement is managed by the Additional Director General (ops) at Punjab WASA, located in AJWA Sector A-2 Township, Lahore. The technical scope involves the complete fabrication of suction machines suitable for water and sanitation operations, ensuring compliance with Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority standards. The site of delivery and installation is Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, contractors, companies, or firms registered on e-PADS with valid registration with FBR and PRA (NTN and PNTN). Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order in favor of Additional Director General (ops), Punjab WASA. The bid security amount is Rs. 5.72 Million. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority’s e-PADS system and a hard copy of the bid security must be submitted in original to the Additional Director General (ops) office.
The tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Technical bids will be opened on 10th July 2026 at 11:30 AM on e-PADS. Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened subsequently. Bids must remain valid for 120 days. Tenderers must quote rates against each item of the BOQ in figures and words. No telegraphic or postal bids will be accepted.
The submission deadline is 10th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed requirements and terms available on the Punjab e-Procurement website.
