Procurement of Fashion Design Kits for 6 Schools in Vehari

District Education Authority Vehari, in collaboration with the SMC Committee, invites bids for the procurement of Fashion Design Kits for six schools in Vehari district where Matric-Tech in Fashion Design is to be started. The procurement will be centrally managed by the office of the CEO (DEA) Vehari under PPRA Rules. Items being procured: - Drawing pencils each (HB, 2B, 4B, 6B) 100 (25 from each category) - Eraser (regular) 25 - Sharpener 25 - Ruler 12" (Steel made) 25 - Sketchbooks (A4 size) 50 Pages 25 - Sketchbooks (A3 size) 50 Pages 25 - Water colour pencil sets of 24 (for advanced shading or accents) 25 - Croquis templates Ruler set (9-head figure) 25 - Fashion magazines for reference 10 - Tracing / Butter paper A4 80 grams 100 - Single needle lock stitch machine 25 - Sewing machine accessories (needles, bobbin, bobbin case, thread spool holder) 25 - 25 Thread spool According to Fabric 25 - Fabric swatches (cotton, muslin, silk, etc) per meter 12 each fabric - 25 Hand sewing needles set (various sizes) 25 - Paper Rim (A4 for stitching exercises) 80gm 1 - 25 sets of Scissors (1 fabric and 1 paper scissors) 25 - Measuring Tape (Wooden) 25 - Iron 2 - Iron Table (Wooden) 2 - Magnifying glass (for close inspection of fibers) 25 - Tailor's Chalk 25 - Calico Fabric 5 meter for each student 125 - Draping Pin/ Common Pins (1 box for each) 25 - Clipper 25 - Seam Ripper 25 - Poster colour with brushes 0,2 and 4 (white, red, blue yellow, black) Sakura or equivalent 25 The procurement includes a wide range of fashion design materials and equipment to support the new curriculum. Bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and submit technical and financial bids separately online via the E-Procurement Punjab Portal by 02 September 2026 before 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. A 2% original bid security in favor of the Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Vehari is mandatory. Samples as per specifications must be provided on the bid opening date. Hard copies of uploaded tenders must be submitted to the CEO office for technical evaluation. Successful bidders must provide a 10% performance guarantee in CDR form after the letter of intent and supply all items within 45 days. All taxes and duties must be included in the offered rates. Payment will be made by DEA Vehari in collaboration with the School Management Council. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
