Procurement of Feed Bags for Birds on Framework Contract Basis at Avian Research and Training Center, University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Pattoki

The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites electronic bids for the procurement of Feed Bags for Birds on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27 at the Avian Research and Training Center (ARTC), Department of Poultry Production, Ravi Campus, Pattoki. This procurement is open to manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors, and suppliers registered with income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST), and Professional Tax registered firms. Items being procured: - Feed Bags for Birds The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement System using a single stage two envelop bidding procedure. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-procurement portal by 03-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. The estimated price for this procurement is Rs. 1,575,000 with a 2% CDR Rs. 31,500 as bid security, refundable. The bid security must be processed with the bid on or before 11:00 a.m. on 03-09-2026. The technical scope includes supply of feed bags suitable for birds as per the requirements of the Avian Research and Training Center. The procurement process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 as amended. Interested bidders can obtain further information from the Purchase Section of UVAS, Lahore. UVAS will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with bid preparation.
