Items being procured: - Fire Tube Boiler (D-Type) with Water Softening Plant (Quantity: 1 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of brand new equipment conforming to the latest approved drawings and specifications, complete with all latest modifications and upgrades. The supplier must provide OEM certificates, quality certifications, and ensure the equipment bears manufacturer identification markings. Complete maintenance and operational training for 4 personnel will be provided for 2 weeks post-installation at HIT premises. Eligibility criteria require firms to possess valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration, and meet the conditions outlined in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last 3 years, bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, and a judicially attested certificate confirming no blacklisting.
