Procurement of Food and Feeding for Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) 2026-2027

The Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122) invites bids for the procurement of food and feeding supplies for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This procurement is conducted under a Framework Agreement using a Single Stage – One Envelope procedure. The procuring agency is the Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122), Government of Sindh, located at Plot No. 9 Block-17 Gulshan E Iqbal, Karachi. The items being procured include: - Half K.G Chicken Biriyani Packet with disposable Spoon & Fork (with at least 100 gram chicken piece(s)) - Water Bottles (500 ML) Aquafina / Nestle or Equivalent (Chilled) The delivery of supplies will be as per the orders placed by the procuring agency, with quantities varying as per need. The successful bidder must ensure timely delivery within the stipulated period from the date of issuance of the purchase order. The place of delivery is the head office of Rescue 1122 Sindh Emergency Rescue Services, Karachi. The contract price is fixed for the stipulated period, and in emergencies, food items must be dispatched within the shortest possible time. Bidders must be Pakistani entities with valid NTN, GST, and SRB registrations where applicable, and must not be blacklisted by any government agency. A minimum of three years of relevant experience and an average annual turnover greater than PKR 5 million is required. Bid security and performance security as per the bidding documents must be furnished. Bids must be submitted by hand to the Director Rescue 1122, Government of Sindh, at the specified address by 30th October 2026 at 14:00 hrs. Late bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 14:30 hrs in the Committee Room of the Directorate of Rescue Headquarters. Technical bids must comply with the specifications mentioned in the bidding documents. The evaluation will be based on the most advantageous bid with the least cost selection method.
