Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department in Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of various fuel and lubricant products under the contract reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/PT/2186303 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to commence on August 31, 2027, and bids must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by the deadline of Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
Items being procured include:
- Hydraulic Oil 68, 6240 Liters at Khadeji Stores
- Engine Oil 20W/50 (209 Liters Drum), 2090 Liters at Operation Store, KT
- Hydraulic SAE 10W Oil (210 Liter Drum), 2100 Liters at Khadeji Stores
- Grease GADUS S2 V220_2 (180 Kg Drum or 18 Kg Pails), 540 Kg at Khadeji Stores
- Low Ash Gas Engine Oil GEO LA-40, 5200 Liters at Khadeji Stores
- Engine Oil 15W-40, 16640 Liters at Khadeji Stores
- Transaxle Oil Dynatrans MPV (API GL-4), 1040 Liters at Khadeji Stores
- Automatic Transmission Fluid ATF AX (20 Liters Pail), 832 Liters at Khadeji Stores
- Diesel Engine Oil SAE-40 Mono Grade (210 Liter Drum), 6300 Liters at Khadeji Stores
The technical scope covers supply of these fuel and lubricant products conforming to the specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN and GST) and comply with all eligibility criteria including submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee as specified. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
