The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of furniture items conforming to the specifications mentioned. Delivery is to be made within 15 days after issuance of the purchase order at the Home Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be authorized agents or suppliers of the manufacturers with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, valid authorization certificates, and registration with FBR and other tax authorities. Bidders must have completed at least three similar assignments in the last three years with a minimum average financial turnover of Rs. 5.00 Million. Warranty for all items must be at least one year with free after-sales service including repair, replacement, and maintenance. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Open Competitive Bidding. Technical proposals will be opened first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders. Bid security of 2.5% of the quoted bid amount is required. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Deputy Secretary (Admn), Home Department, Ground Floor, Tughlaq House, Sindh Secretariat Building No.2, Karachi by 17th November 2026 at 12:00 pm. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1:00 pm.
