Supply of Emergency Rescue Equipment, Control Room and Wireless Communication, Fabrication & Equipment, Furniture and Fixture, Parking Sheds, and Rescue Drones for State Disaster Management Authority Muzaffarabad

The State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids from GST and NTN registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, and importers registered with the Government of Pakistan and Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir for procurement under the Development Scheme 'Establishment of Emergency Service Rescue 1122 at Bagh and Neelum'. Bids must be submitted by **25th November 2026 at 12:00 pm** to the office of the Director Operation/Rescue 1122, SDMA, Block No. 10 New Secretariat, Chatter Muzaffarabad, and will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Items being procured: - Package I: Emergency Rescue Equipment (Bid Security PKR 500,000) - Package II: Control Room and Wireless Communication (Bid Security PKR 2,000,000) - Package III: Fabrication & Equipment (Bid Security PKR 4,000,000) - Package IV: Furniture and Fixture (Bid Security PKR 200,000) - Package V: Parking Sheds (Bid Security PKR 300,000) - Package VI: Rescue Drones with 100 kg Payload (Bid Security PKR 3,000,000) The technical scope includes supply and delivery of specialized rescue equipment, communication systems, fabrication works, furniture and fixtures, parking sheds, and advanced rescue drones. All items must comply with detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes clearly marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL'. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with GST and NTN, and with the Government of Pakistan or AJ&K. Blacklisted firms are prohibited. Bid security must be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order in favor of Director Operations SDMA Muzaffarabad. Samples for Package IV (Furniture and Fixtures) must be submitted with the bid. The successful bidders are bound to complete supply within 60 days of work order issuance. Prices quoted must include all applicable taxes in AJ&K.
