Procurement of Furniture & Fixture Items for Sindh Institute of Animal Health, Karachi

The Sindh Institute of Animal Health, Karachi, under the Livestock & Fisheries Department Government of Sindh, invites sealed bids for the procurement of furniture and fixture items to furnish laboratories and offices at its Animal Science Complex, Korangi, Karachi. This procurement is conducted through National Competitive Bidding using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Repair, maintenance and furnishing of laboratories with SS material and phenol sheeted tops with MS size 7x5 on beacham wood with oak ply, laminated coated (3 units) - Executive Tables with side cabinet glass top, drawers with locks, wooden, dimensions 3x5 feet, thickness 25mm (5 units) - Office Tables with post formed round profile tops, drawers with locks, high back with back care cushion (20 units) - Executive Chairs revolving with rest arm, imported base on steel, revolving with back care (5 units) - Office Chairs with steel base (20 units) - File Cabinets 8x3x2 wooden MDF with oak ply (20 units) - Lab Stools with self-skinning polyurethane (PU foam) or heavy-duty antimicrobial/antifungal vinyl, non-porous, puncture-resistant, and free of fabric or mesh (20 units) The technical scope includes supply of brand new, unused furniture items meeting the detailed technical specifications and quality standards as per the bidding documents. The supplier must ensure delivery, installation, and maintenance as per contract terms. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid FBR registration, professional tax certificates, active tax payer status, and at least ten years of business experience with proven supply records to public sector entities. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 60,000 in the form of bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. Technical bids will be evaluated on detailed criteria including company profile, experience, financial soundness, and conformity to specifications. Only technically qualified bidders scoring 75 marks or above will have their financial bids opened. Bids must be submitted in both soft copy via EPADS portal and one original hard copy at the office of the Director General, Sindh Institute of Animal Health, Animal Science Complex, Korangi, Karachi.
