Tender Description
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sargodha Zone invites reputable registered firms, suppliers, and wholesalers registered with Income Tax Department and also registered on EPADS to submit their sealed Technical and Financial quotations as per PPRA rules under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for the supply of following items.
Items being procured:
- Table 3' x 4' with Side Rack (08 units)
- Table 5' x 3' with Side Rack (02 units)
- Executive Revolving Chair (04 units)
- Officer Revolving Chair (08 units)
- Sofa Set 5 Seater (02 units)
- Center Table (02 units)
- Visitor Chairs (22 units)
- Steel File Cabinet (10 units)
- Split Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton (11 units)
- Split Air Conditioner 2.0 Ton (01 unit)
- Copper Piping, insulation, electrical wire, duct patti, Iron Stand, solution tapes, nails with installation and additional installation of fitting per feet (As per requirement)
- Dot Matrix Printer Epson LQ 350 or equivalent (05 units)
The procurement includes office furniture, air conditioning units, electrical installation materials, and printers for the Sargodha Zone office. The scope covers supply, installation, and fitting as required.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and EPADS. Bid security of Rs. 97,500/- in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is required. Tender documents are available free of cost on EPADS and the State Life website. No quotation will be entertained without earnest money in the form of Pay Order.
Technical bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 11:00 AM on 17th September 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The bid validity period is 180 days. All terms and conditions are available on the EPADS tender documents.
