Procurement of Furniture and Fixtures for Makerspace Punjab Project

The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) Lahore is inviting bids for the procurement of furniture and fixtures specifically for the Makerspace Punjab Project (EGOV-04). The scope includes supplying quality furniture and fixtures suitable for a modern makerspace environment. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience in supplying similar goods. Bidders must submit both Technical and Financial Bids separately, duly completed, signed, and stamped. The bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-procurement System (eP) by 1100 hours on 30th July 2026, with bid opening at 1130 hours the same day. The estimated cost of this procurement is bold PKR 8,000,000 with a fixed bid security of PKR 160,000. Tender documents are available free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders are advised to register early on the eP portal and upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
