Tender Description

The Agriculture Extension Wing of the Agriculture, Supply & Prices Department, Government of Sindh, Hyderabad, is procuring Furniture, IT Equipments, and Machinery & Equipments for the Project titled Construction of Office of the Directorate Agriculture Extension Sukkur Division. This procurement is specifically for the city of Hyderabad and Sukkur Division under the Annual Development Program for the financial year 2025-26. The technical scope includes supplying 10 desktop computers with Intel Core i5 13th Gen processors, 8GB DDR RAM, 512GB SSD NVMe, 21-inch display screens, keyboards, and mice from reputed manufacturers such as HP, Dell, or Lenovo. Additionally, 5 laptops with similar specifications but 14-inch display screens and 2 ScanJet 200 flatbed scanners are to be supplied. The delivery schedule requires all items to be delivered within 30 days of contract award. Eligible bidders must be registered taxpayers with FBR and Sindh Board of Revenue, have at least three years of relevant experience excluding the current financial year, and demonstrate financial stability with an annual turnover of at least PKR 10 million. Bid security of 2.5% of the bid value is mandatory. Bidders must submit their bids through the e-Pak acquisition and disposal system (EPADS) by 13 May 2026 at 12:00 noon. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:30 pm in the Committee Room of the Directorate General, Agriculture Extension Sindh, Hyderabad. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission through EPADS, as late bids will be rejected. Also, bidders should carefully prepare their technical proposals to meet all eligibility and specification requirements to avoid disqualification before financial bid opening. Earnest Money in the form of pay order or call deposit must be submitted in favor of the Director General, Agriculture Extension Sindh, Hyderabad, before bid submission. This tender follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended up to date) and uses a single stage two envelope procedure. Prices quoted must be fixed, inclusive of all taxes, and in Pak Rupees. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as per SPPRA rules.
