Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and provide attested copies of CNIC, NTN, GST registration with FBR, ATL certificate for the current date, and professional tax for 2025/26. Earnest money of Rs 50,000 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, General Headquarters, Rawalpindi must be submitted with the bid. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. The bid validity is until 31 December 2026. The last date for submission of bids is 22 October 2026 at 1100 hours, with opening at 1130 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders. Bids received after the deadline will not be entertained.
