Purchase of Stationery and Miscellaneous Stores Items on Annual Running Contract Basis

The Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib Regional Office Lahore invites electronic bids through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the purchase of stationery and other miscellaneous stores items on the basis of an annual running contract for the financial year 2026-2027. The contract will be valid up to 30th June 2026 and is open to well reputed firms, manufacturers, authorized agents, general order suppliers, stockiest, and stationers with NTN, GST, and active FBR registration, also registered on PPRA EPADS, supplying goods to shops and offices located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Stationery items - Other miscellaneous stores items Tender documents with specifications and terms are available for download at www.mohtasib.gov.pk and via the e-PADS portal https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit their bids and signed tender documents on company letterhead via e-PADS by 04.11.2026 at 11:00 am. Original bid security must accompany sealed bids submitted to the office. Bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs.135,000 in the form of a pay order in favor of DDO, Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat, Regional Office, Lahore. Bids without security will be rejected. Firms must be active taxpayers registered with income tax and sales tax departments and on PPRA e-PADS. All taxes are the responsibility of the firms. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification.
