Procurement of Goods & Services on Rate Contract Basis for Operation, Maintenance and Repair of Tubewells, Solar Tubewells, Pumping Stations, Government Vehicle Parts, Computer Parts, Furniture Fixture, Machinery Equipments for Financial Year 2026-27

Specific items include shafts, nuts, column shafts, pump shafts, stuffing boxes, gland covers, rubber bearing bushes, impellers, delivery pipes, gravel, magnetic contractors, circuit breakers, thermal overload relays, batteries, tyres, filters, radiators, clutch plates, shock absorbers, and many more as per detailed packages. The technical scope involves supplying and fixing parts/materials and job work for the maintenance and repair of the above equipment and vehicles. The site of delivery and service is Colony Khairpur under the jurisdiction of the Ranipur Tubewell Division. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). PEC registration and relevant experience in similar goods supply and maintenance contracts are required. Earnest money of Rs. 600,000 in the shape of CDR is mandatory with the bid. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Executive Engineer Ranipur Tubewell Division Khairpur by 11:30 AM on 16.11.2026.
