Procurement of Grid Station Hardware (NCB-S-11/2026)

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of Grid Station Hardware under tender number NCB-S-11/2026 for the financial year 2026-27. The delivery period is 120 days or earlier from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Partial delivery and payment against partial delivery are allowed. Bidders must quote on FCS basis exclusive of Sales Tax and SED but inclusive of Custom Duty, Port Clearance Charges, and Transportation Charges up to the designated warehouse. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered/prequalified manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or authorized dealers with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, 3 years of satisfactory operational experience, and at least 2 successfully completed purchase orders of similar quantity in the last 5 years. Financial soundness is required with positive net worth for the last 3 years and average annual turnover more than twice the quoted price. Bid security of 2% of the total bid amount excluding GST is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by 28 September 2026 at 03:00 PM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 03:30 PM on EPADS. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
