Procurement of Grinder Handles, Carbon Holders, Carbon Brushes, Grinder Switches, Armatures, Welding Helmets, M.S Jali Mesh, Field Coils, Safety Goggles and Helmets for SNGPL Lakki Marwat

The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of various electrical and safety equipment to be delivered at SNGPL Camp, Main Indus Highway, Ghazni Khel, Lakki Marwat. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender number FCS/LKI/TE/026/26 with contract reference P108583. Items being procured include: - Grinder Handle 2200 watt (25 Nos) - Carbon Holder 2400 watt (25 Nos) - Carbon Holder 2200 watt (30 Nos) - Carbon Brush 2400 watt (190 pairs) - Carbon Brush 2200 watt (25 pairs) - Grinder Switch 2200 watt (30 Nos) - Grinder Armature 2200 watt (30 Nos) - Grinder Armature 2400 watt (30 Nos) - Grinder Switch 2400 watt (30 Nos) - Welding Helmet Ring, Adjustable Band Heavy Duty (30 Nos) - M.S Jali (Mesh) size 4' x 8' (5 Nos) - Field Coil 2200 watt (25 Nos) - Safety Goggles for welding ultra vision (90 Nos) - Safety Helmet for welding High Density Polythene Density (80 Nos) The technical specifications require all items to be durable, heat resistant, anti-dust, and compatible with Dewalt or equivalent brands. Bidders must quote brand names and country of origin. Delivery is expected within 15 days after placement of purchase order. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, professional tax clearance certificate for 2026-27, and submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 03:00 PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, with original bid security submitted physically at the SNGPL Camp, Lakki Marwat. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM via EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method.
