Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) invites sealed bids from firms for the purchase of Half Mounting (Clothing) Stores, Government Security Stores, Weapons, Vehicles, Plant Machinery and Workshop Tools for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers multiple locations including Turbat, Karachi, Quetta, and Dalbandin. It is mandatory to submit samples along with quotations; quotations without samples will be rejected. The bids must be submitted in a single package containing two separate envelopes marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" to avoid confusion. Eligibility criteria include attested CNIC of the firm owner, NTN certificate, active FBR verified Taxpayers List certificate, last year tax return certificate vetted by FBR, bank statement of last six months, affidavit of financial health, and affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any official or semi-government organization. Bidders must also provide a Bid Security of 5% of the total quoted value via Call Deposit or Bank Draft. The bidding documents must reach the Ordnance Branch Headquarters Frontier Corps (South) Turbat by 10:00 AM on 28 July 2026, with the tender opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Financial bids will be opened on the same day and remain valid until 30 June 2027. Successful bidders are required to deposit a 10% Performance Bank Guarantee before issuance of the Purchase Order.
