Tender Description
The Islamabad Model College for Girls I-10/4, Islamabad (Federal Directorate of Education (FDE)) invites pre-qualification applications for the repair and maintenance of furniture fixture, hardware, and machinery equipment for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement aims to select qualified service providers who will be invited to bid and subsequently sign contracts for the required services.

- Repair & Maintenance of Hardware
- Repair & Maintenance of Machinery Equipment
The scope includes comprehensive maintenance and repair work on existing furniture, hardware components, and machinery equipment at the Islamabad Model College for Girls I-10/4 campus. Interested applicants must fulfill eligibility criteria as outlined in the pre-qualification documents, which can be accessed through the EPADS v2.0 portal. Only pre-qualified applicants will be invited to participate in the bidding process.
Applicants must submit their applications electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM. E-applications will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
