Tender Description
The Chief Minister's Secretariat/ House, Karachi, Sindh, is procuring advanced hardware items for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement includes high-performance desktop systems, professional laptops, and color laser printers, all intended to enhance the technological infrastructure of the Secretariat. The desktop system features a 24-inch IPS/Retina display, latest generation ARM-based processor, 36 GB RAM, 2 TB SSD storage, and professional video editing software compatible with IOS. The laptop is a 16-inch professional-grade device with 48 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, and high-performance GPU, designed for demanding tasks. The color laser printer supports multiple functions including print, copy, scan, fax, and email with high-speed output and duplex capabilities.
Bidders must be registered on the active taxpayer list of the FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, possess a minimum turnover of PKR 20 million per annum, and have at least five years of relevant experience. The bid security of 5% of the total quoted bid value is mandatory, along with submission of audited financial statements and tax returns for the last five years. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended), using a single stage-one envelope procedure through electronic bidding via the EPADS system.
Tender documents can be obtained until 29-04-2026 by submitting a written application and paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.3000. Bids must be submitted by 30-04-2026 before 01:00 pm and will be opened the same day at 02:00 pm in the Committee Room of the Chief Minister's Secretariat. The delivery schedule requires supply within 7 days after issuance of the work order. The Procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by 15% as per requirement.
