Construction of Ancillary Works in University of Buner, Swari Campus (Phase-I, Package-5)

University of Buner (UoB) invites electronic bids for the Construction of Ancillary Works at Swari Campus under Phase-I, Package-5. The project includes civil, plumbing, electrical, and related works to enhance the functional requirements of the campus. Items being procured: - Connectivity of University drains with municipal drains including earthworks, concrete, brick masonry, sewerage pipes, and plumbing fixtures - Widening of access road (Commerce College side carriage way) including road works, storm drainage, and external electrical works - Construction of main gate including civil works, plumbing, electrical installations, and security systems - Miscellaneous works in administration block including brick masonry, plastering, painting, and wood/aluminium joinery - Steel grill fabrication and installation - Height extension and rehabilitation of existing boundary wall with masonry, plastering, painting, and iron works The scope covers excavation, concrete works, RCC, reinforcement, masonry, flooring, plumbing installations including water supply, drainage, sanitary fixtures, electrical works including lighting, LT cables, distribution boards, street lighting poles, CCTV system, and security equipment. The project requires compliance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Market Rate System 2025, FIDIC Red Book 2017, and relevant Pakistan standards. Bidders must be registered with PEC Category C-4 or above and comply with all mandatory requirements including FBR registration and active taxpayer status. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS before the closing date. A bid security of 2% of contract value is required. Technical and financial bids will be opened as per PPRA rules. The contract includes a 182-day completion period with a 10% performance security and 3 years warranty on electrical and plumbing equipment. The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
