Tender Description
The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from reputable organizations and companies for the procurement of headgears. This procurement is managed by the Head Centralized Procurement department based in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured:
- Headgears
Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. The bidding process follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process. Bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website. Technical bids will be opened on 10-Nov-2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced.
Prices quoted must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are mandatory with the bids. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options through the Punjab e-Procurement System using a generated PSID number.
This tender notice is also uploaded on the PPRA website and the Bank of Punjab website. The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely uploading of bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System before the deadline. Early preparation of documents and digital submission is recommended to avoid last-minute technical issues.
