Tender Description
The Govt. Special Education Centre Thokar Niaz Baig Lahore invites bids on e-Procurement for the purchase of 97 Uniform Kits for Boys & Girls for Winter & Summer Season for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for special students and includes free delivery to consignee's end in Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Uniform Kit for Boys Winter Lot No. 01
- Uniform Kit for Girls Winter Lot No. 02
- Uniform Kit for Boys Summer Lot No. 03 (02 kits)
- Uniform Kit for Girls Summer Lot No. 04 (02 kits)
- Shoes for Boys & Girls Winter Lot No. 05 (01 pair)
- Shoes for Boys & Girls Summer Lot No. 06 (01 pair)
The total estimated cost is Rs. 3,300,000 with a bid security of Rs. 165,000 (5%). Bidders must submit bids in PDF format on the e-Procurement system by 10-11-2026. The procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended) and requires a 10% performance guarantee in the form of a CDR bank guarantee. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities and provide an e-Procurement performance certificate on stamp paper of Rs. 300.
Samples of uniforms will be examined from NTRC National Textile University Faisalabad or any other government lab. The successful bidder will bear lab expenses and must replace any items not meeting specifications. Proof of PST tax paid for financial year 2025-26, 5 years of firm experience, NTN copy for last 3 years, and GST challan slip for last year must be attached.
Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (technical & financial). Bid validity is 180 days. Late supply will be dealt with as per rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bidders should carefully prepare their bids and ensure all required documents and bid security are attached to avoid rejection. The submission deadline is strictly 10-11-2026. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
