Procurement of Heat Shrink Plastic Reel (5000 KG) by Pakistan Security Printing Corporation Karachi

The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Heat Shrink Plastic Reel with a total quantity of 5000 KG. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Items being procured: - Heat Shrink Plastic Reel (Quantity: 5000 KG) The specifications for the Heat Shrink Plastic Reel include a reel size of 18 inches folded, thickness between 45 to 60 microns, roll weight of 18 to 20 kg per roll, and material made of POF. All specifications must match the approved PSPC sample, which is available at the PSPC reception for inspection. Bidders must provide a physical sample of at least 2 KG at the time of bid submission; failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid. The delivery location is Pakistan Security Printing Corporation, Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi, with a delivery schedule of 30 days from the award of contract. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers with valid NADRA CNIC/NICOP, FBR NTN, and GSTN registrations. Bid security is required in the form of a bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, November 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS v2.0.
