Procurement of Hot & Cold Charges (Ice & Coal) for Sialkot Airport ASF Store CFY 2026-27

Airports Security Force (ASF) invites e-bids from eligible firms, including pre-qualified firms, for the procurement of Hot & Cold Charges (Ice & Coal) through a Closed Framework Agreement for the current financial year 2026-27 at Sialkot Airport ASF Store. Items being procured: - Hot & Cold Charges (Ice & Coal) for 02/CSO Sialkot Airport ASF Store The procurement will be conducted under PPRA Rule No.36(a) using a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via the PPRA E-PADS portal. Bidders must submit bids online before the closing date and time. Bidding documents are available on E-PADS and also in hard copy (sealed envelope) with requisite information as per the bidding documents. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Store Office, Riaz Shaheed ASF Garrison Sialkot, and will be opened on 05-11-2026 at 1130 hours. Bid security of Rs. 120,000 is required, and a scanned copy of bid security at 5% of estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee must be uploaded on E-PADS. The original must be provided at contract signing. Rates should be quoted F.O.R CSO ASF Sialkot Airport inclusive of all taxes as per MRP.
