Tender Description
Wah Industries Limited invites sealed quotations for the procurement of industrial chemicals and gases required for their operations in Wah Cantt, Punjab. This tender is an opportunity for qualified suppliers to provide high-quality materials under clear terms and conditions. Items being procured:
- Antimony (Grade-A) 50 KG
- Metal Cleaning Agent KR-F400H Aqueous 210 LTR
The procurement includes supply of these chemicals with specifications such as ASTM B 237-72 for Antimony. Suppliers must provide samples of each quoted item along with their technical offer; failure to do so may result in rejection of the offer. The delivery is expected within 90 days, with free delivery at POF stores in Sanjwal Cantt.
Bidders must submit their offers in two parts for plant and machinery: a technical offer without price and a commercial offer with price, each in separate sealed envelopes. Offers must remain valid for at least 90 days from the tender opening date. Earnest money of Rs. 70,000 in the form of deposit at call receipt or pay order from a scheduled bank in favor of Wah Industries Limited is mandatory. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 must accompany the technical offer.
The tender opening will be held at 11:30 hours on 22-10-2026 at the POF Bid Center, Wah Cantt. Late submissions will not be entertained. Suppliers must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide a certificate of clearance of professional tax. Performance bond up to 10% of contract value will be required from successful bidders.
Interested bidders should carefully follow the instructions regarding preparation and submission of quotations. Conditional or alternative offers are likely to be ignored. Payment will be made on receipt and acceptance of stores through crossed cheques by the CFO of Wah Industries Limited.
