Procurement of Industrial Stackers (Ride On)

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Industrial Stackers (Ride On) as per Annexure 'A' with delivery period of 3 months after signing of contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director must be provided. Trade link evidence between firm and OEM is required for distributors or agents. A judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred is also necessary. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations must be included. A postal order of Rs 2000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 07 September 2026 at 10:30 hrs, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 hrs.
