Tender Description
The Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi (Bahria University) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods described in the bidding documents on EPADS v2.0. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and involves the procurement and complete installation of an SMD Screen at the IBN-E-SINA Auditorium at Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi. Items being procured:
- SMD Screen
The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations, guidelines, and instructions issued by the Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents in the form of a Pay Order. Bids must also include a bid securing declaration as specified.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/94090 for registered bidders. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. In accordance with Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement. Notification copies are available on the procuring agency's website and the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
