Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hybrid Solar Systems in Ladies Bar Room, Okara and Male Bar Room, Renala Khurd

The District & Session Judge, Okara invites e-bids through e-PADS from Companies, Firms and Individuals registered with e-PADS/Punjab e-procurement web portal (www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk), under PRA Punjab, having active status with FBR for Income Tax and General Sales Tax and duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C4 and above with relevant code (IEE 03, IEE04 and IEE 11), for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 08-KW, 12-KW & 15-KW Hybrid Solar (off-grid) System for Ladies Bar Room, Okara & Renala Khurd and Male Bar Room, Renala Khurd, Depalpur and Okara under the project/scheme approved by the Governing Body, Access to Justice Development Fund (AJDF). Items being procured: - Procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of 08-KW Hybrid Solar (Off-grid) System in Ladies Bar Room, Okara & Renala Khurd and Male Bar Room, Renala Khurd (03 Units) - Procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of 12-KW Hybrid Solar (Off-grid) System in Male Bar Room, Depalpur (01 Unit) - Procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of 15-KW Hybrid Solar (Off-grid) System in Male Bar Room, Okara (01 Unit) The scope includes supply and installation of hybrid solar systems at specified court locations in Okara and Renala Khurd. Bidders must be PEC registered in category C4 or above and have valid FBR registration for Income Tax and GST. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot.
