Tender Description
The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (Mo FE&PT) has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. Mo FE&PT intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of integrated services for inspection, testing, verification, branding, repair & maintenance of Chrome Books and Media Tablets.

This procurement is managed by the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training based in Islamabad. The scope includes comprehensive non-consultancy services covering quality assurance and upkeep of educational technology devices to ensure their optimal performance and branding compliance.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique.
Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15th October 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before 26th October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement and related notifications are available on the procuring agency's website and EPADS v2.0 as well as the Authority's website www.ppra.org.pk.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Ensuring timely registration and compliance with all submission requirements on EPADS will be critical for successful participation.
