Hiring of Professional Firm for Registration of PMDC New Logo with Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) for PMDC Head Office Islamabad

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation Islamabad (PMDC) invites bids for the hiring of a professional firm to register the new PMDC logo with the Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) for its Head Office in Islamabad. This procurement is for non-consultancy services under a single stage one envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 16 Trademark Registration Applications (8 for PMDC Word Mark and 8 for PMDC Device/Logo Mark) across Classes 1, 6, 14, 17, 30, 35, 40, and 42 - 2 Copyright Registration Applications (Coloured and Black-and-White versions of PMDC Logo) The scope includes portfolio and classification review, preparation and filing of trademark and copyright applications, documentation and official formalities including attestation and remittance of official charges, registry coordination and examination, and copyright publication and completion. The firm must manage all routine correspondence and examination-stage coordination with the relevant registries. Eligibility criteria require the firm to have at least 10 years of relevant experience in intellectual property and trademark matters, successful handling of at least 5 trademark registrations with IPO Pakistan in the last five years, and at least two assignments with government or public sector organizations. The firm must have a dedicated team of IP professionals, offices in major Pakistani cities, and must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation with any government entity. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 23 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. A bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque is required. The contract duration is 365 days from the issuance of the work order.
