Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the procurement of IT equipment and accessories under a closed framework contract for Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) based in Karachi. The contract aims to upgrade the technological infrastructure across all SIEHS office locations with essential hardware including network switches, UPS units, surveillance hard drives, racks, NVRs, IP cameras, and power distribution units. The procurement is critical to resolving current equipment performance issues affecting operational efficiency.
The scope covers supply of quality IT hardware with minimum warranty and product lifecycle requirements, ensuring durability and compatibility with existing systems. The equipment must meet specified technical standards such as PoE+ gigabit switches, 1 KVA UPS with battery backup, 4TB surveillance hard drives, and IP cameras with night vision and weatherproofing. The delivery location is Karachi, and the contract duration is up to one year with fixed pricing.
Bidders must be registered with active tax payer status on FBR and provincial tax authorities, and comply with PEC and FBR requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26. Bid security of PKR 170,243 is required, refundable for unsuccessful bidders and adjustable against performance security for the successful bidder. The tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure via the EPADS portal.
Submission deadline is on the 9th of March 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM at the SIEHS office located at 43-15/K, Block 6, PECHS, Karachi.
