Procurement, Supply and Installation of IT Equipment & Allied Accessories for E&SED Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Elementary & Secondary Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has re-advertised a procurement tender for the supply and installation of IT equipment and allied accessories under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the E-PADS system. This tender invites reputed firms and general order suppliers registered with the Income/Sales Tax and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR to participate in a National Competitive Bidding process. Items being procured: - 21 Laptop Computers of 03 different strands - 03 Black & White 3-in-1 LaserJet Printers - 01 Color 3-in-1 Printer - 02 Inverters with Lithium Backup Batteries - 02 Video Conference systems with Camera, Microphones, etc. The scope includes procurement, supply, and installation of the listed IT equipment and accessories to support the education department's digital infrastructure. Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar procurement projects, be NTN and GST registered, and have a minimum turnover of PKR 5 million over the last three years. The evaluation will be based on the QCBS method with a 70% weight on technical and 30% on financial proposals. A minimum technical score of 70% is required to qualify for financial bid opening. Bid security of 2% of the quoted price is mandatory. The bid closing and submission deadline is Tuesday, 17th November 2026 at 02:00 PM PST, with technical proposals opening at 02:30 PM PST the same day. Financial proposal opening will be notified to technically qualified bidders. Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the E-PADS online portal. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission on the E-PADS system to avoid disqualification due to technical delays. Also, carefully prepare the technical proposal to meet the minimum score threshold for financial bid consideration.
