Tender Description
The Elementary & Secondary Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites reputed firms and general order suppliers registered with the Income/Sales Tax and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR to participate in the procurement, supply, and installation of IT equipment and allied accessories under the National Competitive Bidding process following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
Items being procured:
- 21 Laptop Computers of 03 different strands
- 03 Black & White 3-in-1 LaserJet Printers
- 01 Color 3-in-1 Printer
- 02 Inverters with Lithium Backup Batteries
- 02 Video Conference systems with Camera, Microphones, etc.
This procurement is part of the Action to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive & Responsive Education (ASPIRE) project. The technical scope includes supply and installation of IT equipment suitable for educational environments, ensuring compatibility and reliability for departmental use.
Eligibility criteria require a minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement of similar projects, NTN and GST registration, and a minimum turnover of PKR 5 million or above in the last 3 years. Bidders must provide a bid security of 2% of the quoted price.
Key dates include the bid closing and submission deadline on Tuesday, 17th November 2026 at 02:00 PM PST, with technical proposal opening at 02:30 PM PST the same day. Financial proposal opening will be notified to technically qualified bidders.
Proposals must be submitted through the E-PADS system only. RFP documents are available free of cost at www.kppra.gov.pk and https://kpese.gov.pk/. Only technically qualified bidders will proceed to financial opening. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA rules.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and familiarity with the E-PADS portal to avoid submission issues and to carefully prepare technical documents to meet the minimum 70% technical score requirement for qualification.
