The Police Department Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for procurement on a Miscellaneous basis for the financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (updated). This tender is open to experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with income tax and sales tax departments as per government regulations. Items being procured: - A09203 IT Equipment - A09201 Computer Hardware - A03970-037 Sports Items - A03970-050 Road Safety Products - A13201 Repair of Furniture, Fixture & other Furniture Items - A31301 Repair of Plant & Machinery - A09601 Purchase of Plant & Machinery - A09899/A09802 Prefabricated Fiber Cabin Purchase of Other physical items - A13303 Other Building (Repair/Renovation of all kinds of Govt. offices, Residential buildings & Police Lines, Police Stations, etc.) The scope covers supply and repair of IT and computer hardware, sports and road safety products, furniture and fixtures, plant and machinery, prefabricated fiber cabins, and repair/renovation of government buildings including police offices and residential buildings. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately through the Punjab e-procurement system. All rates must include applicable taxes as prescribed by the government. Eligibility requires NTN and Sales Tax registration, professional tax, Punjab Sales Tax on services/purchases, and a valid Performance Certificate on stamp paper worth Rs. 3000/-. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via PSID from the Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. The bidding documents are available at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 28-09-2026 at 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM respectively in the presence of the procurement committee. The successful bidders must deposit 3% of the total cost as performance guarantee through PSID. Contract performance guarantee will be refunded upon successful completion. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids in line with PPRA rules.
