Procurement of IT Equipment, Furniture & Fixtures and Plant & Machinery

The Punjab Women Protection Authority (PWPA) Lahore invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT Equipment, Furniture & Fixtures, and Plant & Machinery. This tender is open to companies, firms, suppliers, and dealers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax, and who are not blacklisted by PPRA. Items being procured: - Computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, display/projector, video conferencing and communication/IT equipment - Office furniture, desks, tables, chairs, reception/meeting furniture, storage and related fixtures - Generator, solar system, air conditioners, refrigerators/freezers, water coolers/dispensers, kitchen and other plant/equipment The procurement covers a wide range of office and technical equipment and furniture to support the operations of the Punjab Women Protection Authority in Lahore. The scope includes modern IT devices, office furnishings, and essential plant and machinery such as generators and solar systems to ensure uninterrupted services. Eligible bidders must be registered with the E-PAD (New) System developed by PPRA under PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders are required to submit separate technical and financial proposals online through the E-Procurement system. The original bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated tender price (Rs. 41.5 million) must be submitted via the E-Procurement System before the tender opening, along with a scanned copy uploaded online. The deadline for bid submission is 5th October 2026 (Monday) till 11:00 AM at the office of the undersigned. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and familiarization with the E-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) to avoid last-minute technical issues. Also, carefully prepare the technical and financial proposals as per the prescribed guidelines to avoid disqualification.
