Tender Description
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for multiple procurement lots under various projects.
Items being procured:
- IoT Lab Tools (Multiple quantities)
- Conventional Machines (Multiple quantities)
- Miscellaneous IoT Machines (Multiple quantities)
- Miscellaneous Tools (Multiple quantities)
- Personal Protective Equipment's (PPE's) (Multiple quantities)
- Key Punching Officers (60 personnel)
- Development Assistants (40 personnel)
- Management Assistants (30 personnel)
- Senior Management Assistants (20 personnel)
- Scanning and Data Entry Services (10,000,000 pages)
- Podcast Room Setup (2 units)
- Furniture (Multiple quantities)
The procurement covers tools for the IoT Lab under the Makerspace Punjab Project, HR outsourcing, scanning and data entry services under a framework contract, podcast room setup for Faisalabad and Multan centers, and furniture for a project implemented by PITB. The procurement will be completed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
Tender documents are available online at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.pora.punjab.gov.pk and can be downloaded free of cost. Technical and financial bids must be submitted on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on the closing date. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day as per PPRA Rules, 2014.
Bidders must ensure timely upload of bids on the eP Portal. Incomplete, unsigned, or late bids will not be considered. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids. For electronic bids submission, bidders should register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Earnest money (Bid Security) amounts vary per lot, ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 1,200,000. The estimated total cost for all lots combined is approximately Rs. 217 million.
A practical tip for bidders: Carefully review the bid security requirements for each lot and ensure the bid submission on the eP Portal is completed well before the deadline to avoid disqualification due to technical delays or incomplete documentation.
