Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary & Secondary Education Department invites reputable firms and general order suppliers registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) to submit sealed bids for the procurement, supply, and installation of IT equipment and allied accessories under the E-PADS system using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
Items being procured:
- 21 Laptop Computers of 03 different strands
- 03 Black & White 3-in-1 LaserJet Printers
- 01 Color 3-in-1 Printer
- 02 Inverters with Lithium Backup Batteries
- 02 Video Conference systems with Camera, Microphones, etc.
This procurement covers a complete package of IT equipment and accessories to support the education department's digital infrastructure. The technical scope includes supply and installation at designated sites within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar procurements, NTN and GST registration, and a minimum turnover of PKR 5 million over the last 3 years.
The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope with evaluation based on QCBS (Technical 70% and Financial 30%). A minimum technical score of 70% is required. Bid security of 2% of the quoted price must be submitted.
Key dates include a pre-bid conference on Friday, 2nd October 2026 at 10:30 AM, bid closing and submission deadline on Tuesday, 13th October 2026 at 02:30 PM, and technical proposal opening on the same day at 03:00 PM. Financial proposal opening will be notified to technically qualified bidders.
Proposals must be submitted through the E-PADS portal only. RFP documents are available free of cost at www.kppra.gov.pk and https://kpese.gov.pk/. Only technically qualified bidders will proceed to financial opening. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA rules.
