Procurement of IT Equipment by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Technical and Commerce Education Peshawar

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Technical and Commerce Education Peshawar invites eligible firms and contractors to submit E-Bids for the procurement of IT Equipment under the Single Stage Two Envelope system in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 and EPAD regulations 2025. Items being procured: - IT Equipments Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. The bid security is set at 2% of the estimated cost, and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000 is required. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official KPPRA website or the board's official portal after depositing the tender fee. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPAD system and accompanied by the required bid security in the form of a CDR in the name of the Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Technical and Commerce Education. Original CDR and technical bid documents must be provided as per instructions. The successful bidder will be required to submit 10% of the total bid value as a performance guarantee from scheduled banks for one year, refundable after successful delivery. The bid opening will take place on 20 October 2026 at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring entity reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of items without any change in unit price or other terms. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all registration and authorization requirements including manufacturer authorization letters and timely uploading of scanned documents on EPAD.
