Procurement of IT Equipment for University of Engineering and Technology Narowal Campus

The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore invites bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, and distributors/suppliers/sale agents for the procurement of IT equipment for its Narowal Campus. The procurement includes the following items: - Desktop Computers (LOT-1), Quantity: 97, Estimated Cost: Rs. 33.95 Million - High-tech Workstations (LOT-2), Quantity: 22, Estimated Cost: Rs. 11.00 Million - Portable Computers/Laptops (LOT-3), Quantity: 7, Estimated Cost: Rs. 3.50 Million The bidding documents are available online on the PPRA website. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System website (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 23-11-2026 at 10:00 a.m. The technical and financial proposals will be opened online on the same day at 10:30 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security as specified: Rs. 679,000 for Desktop Computers, Rs. 220,000 for High-tech Workstations, and Rs. 70,000 for Portable Computers/Laptops. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope basis. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for 13-11-2026 at 10:30 a.m. in the office of the Computer Engineering Department, UET Lahore.
