Procurement of Items for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Procurement of Items as detailed in Annexure 'A' attached to the tender document. The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations if any, attested copies of registration certificates issued by Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for last one year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link documents between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no blacklisting or suspension, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 financial years with Govt or Semi Govt organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000 enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 1100 hours. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Tender opening will be on the same day after submission deadline. Bidders are advised to carefully review the checklist attached at Section-C of the Standard Bidding Document to ensure all required documents are submitted. Timely submission and compliance with eligibility criteria will be critical for successful participation.
