Procurement of Laboratory Items (08 L/items)

Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC), Kamra, invites bids for the procurement of laboratory items. The tender includes a total of 08 laboratory items required by the Directorate of Central Procurement at PAC Kamra. Items being procured: - Laboratory Items (08 L/items) Bidders must submit a formal request on their firm's letterhead duly signed by an authorized signatory. A Non-Disclosure Agreement on Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- must be provided as per the attached format. Additionally, copies of the firm's NTN, ATL, and STRN are mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained by hand or via email from the Directorate of Central Procurement, PAC Kamra. Soft copies may be forwarded by email, but submission of a hard copy through registered mail or in person is required. No firm/vendor will be considered without submission of the required documents in hard copy duly signed by an authorized signatory. Firms are cautioned not to forward tender documents to other firms for participation purposes. Only firms issued tender documents by this directorate are eligible to participate. Past performance of firms will be considered. The deadline for submission of tenders is before 1030 Hrs on 10 November 2026.
